Based on Config. Auto-generated by #[pallet::config(with_default)]. Can be used in tandem with #[register_default_config] and #[derive_impl] to derive test config traits based on existing pallet config traits in a safe and developer-friendly way.

Something which can be notified (e.g. another pallet) when the timestamp is set.

This can be set to () if it is not needed.

The minimum period between blocks.

Be aware that this is different to the expected period that the block production apparatus provides. Your chosen consensus system will generally work with this to determine a sensible block time. For example, in the Aura pallet it will be double this period on default settings.
